The BNSF Railway Foundation Scholarship supports students with substantial financial need who are pursuing degrees in fields aligned with BNSF’s business, such as engineering, related sciences, economics, marketing, and communications.

Carpenter Foundation Scholarship
Supports students from Jackson or Josephine Counties in southern Oregon with financial need. The foundation focuses on education, opportunity, and community enrichment.

E3 (Earn, Educate, Empower)
E3 was developed in collaboration with CASA of Oregon, The Alliance, and their member institutions. To date since March 2010, nearly 950 students at Alliance member institutions have participated in the Alliance Education IDA program. As of 12/20/25, the aggregate total of participating students' savings to date is $968,074, and the total matches tendered to the member colleges on these students' behalf is now $5,473,218.

OCF Joseph E. Weston Public Foundation Scholarship
Supports Oregon students with financial need. Founded in 1991, the Foundation has awarded over $225 million in grants and scholarships.
